To mitigate the transmission of COVID-19 and other illnesses, Hospitality International Inc. has provided our franchisees with training resources to enhance cleaning duties to regularly disinfect high contact points throughout their hotels. We also have recommended to our hotel owners/franchisees to continue to refer to the CDC, WHO or their local public health agencies for up to date information, and to review the prevention recommendations provided by AAHOA (Asian American Hotel Lodging Association), one of the hotel industries largest trade organizations.
We want to ensure that you are confident about making bookings with our hotels. Our Standard Rate for the majority of our hotels, has a 24-hour cancellation policy. This policy allows you the flexibility to make travel arrangements and cancel in the event of a last minute change. The overall safety of our guests is of the utmost importance.
